If you are accessing the Services through one of our mobile applications, the way we collect precise Location Data will differ depending on your mobile device's operating system. In all events, we do not collect precise Location Data, unless you have "allowed" its collection.
Information collected may be used by the Publisher and/or third parties for their own uses including commercialization of such information.
We collect Raw Mobility Status and Location Data from users of an App, share such Raw Mobility Status and Location Data and use Raw Mobility Status and Location Data.“Raw Mobility Status and Location Data” means both certain location and mobility data and non-personally identifiable information, such as the signals and data collected by the various phone sensors such as Accelerometer, GPS, Barometer, WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular network, Gyroscope, Magnetometer, etc.
When you communicate with us or sign up for promotional materials.
We collect Personal Data when you communicate with us or sign up to receive promotional materials or information via email, push notifications, or text messages - including email address, etc.
If you consent to such messages, we may use your Personal Data and other information to communicate with you about Netigen products or Services you have purchased or used; provide you with promotional messages and personalized advertising; to notify you of other products; to notify you of Services we think may be of interest to you; and, for other marketing purposes.
When you engage with our online communities or advertising.
We may collect your Personal Data when you engage with our online communities. This includes when you click on advertisements, interact with our social media pages, submit content, leave reviews, or otherwise enter information into comment fields.
When you access third party products and services.
We may allow you to register and pay for third-party products and services or otherwise interact with another website, mobile application, or Internet location (collectively "Third Party Sites") through our Services, and we may collect Personal Data that you share with Third Party Sites through our Services.
We use the services of third parties who will have limited access to your Personal Information to be used for specific purposes. These purposes may include credit card processing, prize delivery, marketing assistance, customer service, and data analysis. Tutela Technologies Ltd. collects data relating to your use of our apps, other apps and your device, in a pseudonymized manner, that may include (a combination of) Personal Data elements, such as:
Wireless network performance, usage, and identifiers, and other permission-based user information.
Pseudonymous data is shared with wireless service providers and other third parties who use it to analyze aggregate consumer mobile trends and improve your wireless networks. Outside of GDPR participating countries, mobile advertiser ID may be shared for network marketing and advertising purposes in accordance with the Digital Advertising Alliance principles. No data is stored by Tutela for longer than 12 months.

What is a cookie?

How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
Many websites and apps use Google services to improve their content and keep it free. When they integrate our services, these sites and apps share information with Google.
For example, when you visit a website that uses advertising services like AdSense, including analytics tools like Google Analytics, or embeds video content from YouTube, your web browser automatically sends certain information to Google. This includes the URL of the page you’re visiting and your IP address. We may also set cookies on your browser or read cookies that are already there. Apps that use Google advertising services also share information with Google, such as the name of the app and a unique identifier for advertising.
If ad personalization is turned on, Google will use your information to make your ads more useful for you. For example, a website that sells mountain bikes might use Google's ad services. Here are some of the ways you can control the information that is shared by your device when you visit or interact with sites and apps that use Google services:
Ad Settings helps you control ads you see on Google services (such as Google Search or YouTube), or on non-Google websites and apps that use Google ad services. You can also learn how ads are personalized, opt out of ad personalization, and block specific advertisers.
If you are signed in to your Google Account, and depending on your Account settings, My Activity allows you to review and control data that’s created when you use Google services, including the information we collect from the sites and apps you have visited. You can browse by date and by topic, and delete part or all of your activity.

Incognito mode in Chrome allows you to browse the web without recording webpages and files in your browser or Account history (unless you choose to sign in). Cookies are deleted after you've closed all of your incognito windows and tabs, and your bookmarks and settings are stored until you delete them. Learn more about cookies.
Many browsers, including Chrome, allow you to block third-party cookies. You can also clear any existing cookies from within your browser.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
NETIGEN Kluzowicz sp. j. does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have inadvertently gathered personal data from children under 13 years of age, NETIGEN Kluzowicz sp. j. will take reasonable measures to promptly delete such personal data from our records.
NETIGEN Kluzowicz sp. j. and its partners do collect non-personally identifiable data from children. This includes, for example, collection of IP-based geolocation data to ensure that the product, service or features served comply with applicable laws of that nation.

Micropayments and paid applications in Google Play
If user is not satisfied by downloading our paid application, he has 24 hours (from the moment of payment) to send us information on our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org about problems with app and demanding to get refund. If user is not satisfed by buying our micropayment he has 24 hours (from the moment od payment) to send us information on our email address: email@example.com. We will return the money only when micropayment is not working. When 24 hours pass Netigen doesn't return money.
